The essence of Romanticism. The 19th century gave a newsignificance to the night, and in his later works Chopin was to givethe nocturne its musical accolade, so to speak. These works, risingfrom the darkness of the night and its romantic associations, areamongst the most beautiful and most intimate ever composed by Chopin. This title was released for the first time in 1993.
