This programme comprises three major twentieth-century chamber works, all of them deeply rooted in the musical world of Central Europe.
The pieces by Janáček and Szymanowski are exactly contemporary. Composed respectively at the beginning and the end of the twentieth century, Szymanowski’s Myths and Lutosławski’s Partita constitute two landmarks of Polish music.
This title was released for the first time in 2003.
